Cat.1 bis Multi-mode IoT Chip

ASR1603 is a high cost-performance, low-power, multi-mode Cat.1 bis chip.Manufactured using a 22 nm process, it delivers a 14% reduction in die area compared with the previous generation, along with 20–25% lower power consumption, and offers a richer set of peripheral interfaces.ASR1603 is widely applicable to standard data modules and demonstrates excellent performance in trackers, shared devices, smart grids, vehicle networking, and various forms of smart hardware.
